The invention discloses a phase change material and liquid cooling system coupled battery thermal management system, which comprises a lower shell, an upper shell, a vapor chamber, a phase change material, a liquid cooling system, a lower shell partition plate and a heat conducting plate, and is characterized in that the upper shell is arranged on the lower shell in a covering manner, and a cavity is formed in the upper shell; a plurality of rows of battery packs are arranged on the lower shell, the vapor chamber is arranged between every two adjacent rows of battery packs, and each battery in the battery packs is arranged in the phase change material in a surrounding manner; the liquid cooling system comprises a first liquid cooling pipeline and a second liquid cooling pipeline, the first liquid cooling pipeline is located in the phase change material and flows through the electrode end of each battery, and the second liquid cooling pipeline is communicated with the first liquid cooling pipeline and penetrates out of the lower shell; the heat conduction plate is arranged on the lower shell and located on the outer side of the battery pack, a heat conduction plate liquid cooling flow channel is formed in the heat conduction plate, and the heat conduction plate liquid cooling flow channel communicates with the first liquid cooling pipeline and the second liquid cooling pipeline. According to the invention, over-high temperature and non-uniform distribution of the surface of the battery can be avoided.

    本发明公开的一种相变材料和液冷系统耦合的电池热管理系统,包括下壳体、上壳体、均热板、相变材料、液冷系统、下壳体隔板和导热板,上壳体盖合设置在下壳体上并在内部形成空腔;下壳体上设置多排电池组,相邻两排电池组之间设置有所述均热板,且电池组中的每个电池均包围设置在所述相变材料中;液冷系统包括第一液冷管道和第二液冷管道,第一液冷管道位于相变材料内且流经每个电池的电极端,第二液冷管道与第一液冷管道连通且穿出下壳体;导热板设置在下壳体上且位于电池组的外侧,导热板内部设置有导热板液冷流道,且导热板液冷流道与第一液冷管道和第二液冷管道均相通。本发明可以避免电池表面温度过高和分布不均匀。
