The invention relates to an automatic navigation forklift with a height feedback adjustment function and a height adjustment method thereof.The automatic navigation forklift comprises a shell, a steering wheel and an induction assembly, the induction assembly is connected to the shell, the steering wheel is arranged in the shell, and the automatic navigation forklift further comprises an adjustment block and a control module, the adjusting block is matched with the shell and the steering wheel and is used for adjusting the height; and the detection piece is connected to the steering wheel and is used for detecting the height. The fixing mode of the steering wheel is that the adjusting blocks with different heights can be rapidly replaced, and when the height exceeds the working threshold value of the navigation sensing device, the sensing assembly can rapidly recover normal work by rapidly replacing the adjusting blocks. Meanwhile, by means of the adjusting block capable of being replaced rapidly, under the condition that the wheel diameter exceeds the height threshold value of the sensing device but does not reach the tire use time limit, the service life of the tire continues to be prolonged, and the economical efficiency of quick-wear parts of a vehicle body is improved.

    本发明涉及一种带高度反馈调节的自动导航叉车及其高度调节方法,包括外壳、舵轮和感应组件,所述感应组件连接于所述外壳,所述舵轮设置于所述外壳内,所述自动导航叉车还包括有:调节块,所述调节块配合于所述外壳和所述舵轮用于高度的调节;检测件,所述检测件连接于所述舵轮用于高度的检测。舵轮固定方式设计为可快速更换不同高度的调节块,可在高度超出导航感知器件工作阈值时,通过快速更换调节块,使感应组件可以快速恢复正常工作。同时,快速更换的调节块可以使轮径在超出感知器件高度阈值,但又未达到轮胎使用时限的情况下,继续延长轮胎的使用寿命,提高车体易损件的经济性。
