The invention provides a locomotive axle overturning tool and an axle hoisting overturning method, the locomotive axle overturning tool comprises a first supporting seat and a second supporting seat which are arranged at an interval, the first supporting seat is used for supporting a shaft neck at one end of an axle, and an axle guide sleeve is rotatably arranged on the second supporting seat and used for being connected with one end of the axle in a sleeving mode. When the axle is hoisted from a horizontal state to a vertical state or is hoisted from the vertical state to the horizontal state, one end of the axle is inserted into the axle guide sleeve, the axle guide sleeve is rotationally arranged on the second supporting seat and can rotate on the second supporting seat, and as one end of the axle is inserted into the axle guide sleeve, positioning and supporting effects are achieved; therefore, shaking of the axle in the lifting process is effectively restrained, the time for operating a crown block when the axle is lifted is shortened, impact on the crown block and a lifting appliance is reduced, meanwhile, the risk of axle gouges is reduced, and potential safety hazards of the axle in the lifting process are eliminated.
本发明提供一种机车车轴翻转工装及车轴起吊翻转方法,包括间隔设置的第一支撑座和第二支撑座,所述第一支撑座用于支撑轮轴一端的轴颈,所述第二支撑座上转动设置有轴引套,所述轴引套用于与车轴的一端套接。车轴从水平状态吊至竖直状态或从竖直状态吊至水平状态时,车轴的一端插入轴引套中,轴引套转动设置在第二支撑座上,轴引套可在第二支撑座上做旋转运动,由于车轴的一端插在轴引套中,起到定位及支撑作用,因此有效地抑制了起吊过程中车轴的晃动,缩短起吊轮轴时操作天车的时间,降低了对天车及吊具的冲击,同时减小了车轴磕伤的风险,消除了车轴在起吊过程中的安全隐患。
