The invention discloses a lightweight satellite-rocket connecting base plate which comprises a left longitudinal beam, a right longitudinal beam, a plurality of cross beams and a plurality of inclined supporting beams, the cross beams and the inclined supporting beams are located between the two longitudinal beams, a satellite butt joint structure and a rocket butt joint structure are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the middle of the base plate respectively, and the longitudinal beams, the cross beams and the inclined supporting beams are made of fiber materials. Each longitudinal beam is integrally formed by an inner side plate, an outer side plate, an upper flat plate and a lower flat plate in a square shape, wherein the upper flat plate and the lower flat plate are located between the inner side plate and the outer side plate. The bottoms of the inner side plate and the outer side plate are provided with curled edges which horizontally extend outwards in an L shape and are used for improving the strength and the rigidity of the longitudinal beam. The two ends of the outer side plate are bent and protrude towards the outer side in a bow shape, so that the longitudinal beam forms a front functional area and a rear functional area, and a weight reduction notch is formed between the two functional areas on the outer side of the longitudinal beam. The base plate has the advantages that the main body component is made of the carbon fiber material, so that the total weight of the base plate is reduced; the longitudinal beam adopts a square-shaped structure, and the inner side plate and the outer side plate adopt hemming design, so that the structural strength and rigidity of the base plate can be obviously enhanced, the material consumption can be properly reduced, and the weight reduction effect is further obtained.
本发明公开了一种轻量化星箭连接基板,包括左右两根纵梁和位于两根纵梁之间的多根横梁和多根斜撑梁,在基板的中部的上侧和下侧,分别设有卫星对接结构和火箭对接结构,纵梁、横梁和斜撑梁为纤维材料制成。纵梁由内侧板、外侧板和位于内侧板与外侧板之间的上平板、下平板呈口字形一体成型。所述内侧板、外侧板在底部有呈L形向外水平延出的用于增加纵梁强度和刚度的卷边。外侧板两端向外侧呈弓字形折弯凸出,使纵梁形成前后两个功能区,使纵梁外侧的两个功能区之间形成减重缺口。其优点在于,主体构件采用碳纤维材质,降低了基板的总重量;纵梁采用口字形构造以及对内侧板和外侧板采用卷边设计,能够显著增强基板的结构强度和刚度,可以适度减少材料用量,从而进一步获得减重效果。
