The invention discloses a beveled flip double-wing double-engine flight attitude conversion manned aircraft with a polyurethane skeleton. The manned aircraft comprises a box body, a main and auxiliary wing group, an empennage group and a double-engine group. The problems of tedious production process, high manufacturing cost and the like are solved through a polyurethane pouring and aluminum alloy wrapping technology. The energy-saving effect during cruising flight is achieved through attitude conversion from takeoff to cruising flight, namely buoyancy force or lift force generated by the main and auxiliary wings including the empennages which are unfolded under windward flight. The static unmanned aerial vehicle is shaped like a box and is convenient to push and move; the aircraft lifts off like a helicopter during takeoff, and flies like the aircraft with windward buoyancy/lift during cruise flight. In a word, the production cost is reduced through the aluminum alloy sheet metal process and the polyurethane pouring mode; the cruise flight distance, the cruise duration and the air holding capacity are expanded through the conversion of the flight attitude; therefore, the unmanned aerial vehicle is very suitable for manned flight and brings opportunities for popularization and use.
本发明公开了一种斜切翻盖双翼双引擎聚氨酯骨架飞行姿态转换载人机。该载人机包括:箱体、主副机翼组、尾翼组、双引擎组。通过聚氨酯灌注加铝合金包裹技术来解决生产工艺繁琐和制造成本高等的问题。通过起飞后的到巡航飞行时的姿态转换,即由主副机翼包括尾翼展开在迎风飞行下所产生的浮力/或升力,实现巡航飞行时的节能效果。在静态无人机形状似箱体,便于推行和移动;在起飞时似直升飞机升空,在巡航飞行时似飞机有迎风浮力/或升力的飞行。总之,通过于铝合金钣金工艺加聚氨酯灌注方式带来了生产成本的下降;通过飞行姿态转的转换,带来了巡航飞行距离和续航时间以及持空能力拓展;所以很适用于载人飞行,对推广使用也带来了契机。
