The invention relates to a distributed hydrogen fuel forklift thermal management control system which comprises an FCU controller, an electric pile, a water pump, an electronic thermostat, a heater and a main radiator. The water pump is connected with a water outlet of the pile. The water outlet of the galvanic pile, the water pump, the heater and the water inlet of the galvanic pile form a first loop; the water outlet of the galvanic pile, the water pump, the main radiator and the water inlet of the galvanic pile form a second loop. The FCU controller is used for acquiring the temperature S1 at the water outlet of the galvanic pile and the temperature S2 at the water inlet of the galvanic pile; when the S1 is smaller than or equal to the preset temperature I, the first loop is conducted, and the FCU controller controls the water pump and the heater to work; and when the S1 is higher than the preset temperature I, the first loop is closed, the second loop is conducted, and the FCU controller controls the heater to stop working and controls the water pump and the main radiator to work according to the S1 and the S2. The temperature of the electric pile system can be controlled within the preset temperature interval, the heat of the whole hydrogen fuel forklift is reasonably controlled, and the energy consumption economy and practicability are improved.

    本发明涉及一种分布式氢燃料叉车热管理控制系统,其包括FCU控制器、电堆、水泵、电子节温器、加热器以及主散热器。水泵与电堆的出水口连接。电堆的出水口、水泵、加热器、电堆的进水口形成第一回路;电堆的出水口、水泵、主散热器、电堆的进水口形成第二回路。FCU控制器用于获取电堆出水口处的温度S1、电堆进水口处的温度S2;当S1小于等于预定温度一时,第一回路导通,FCU控制器控制水泵、加热器工作;当S1大于预定温度一时,第一回路关闭且第二回路导通,FCU控制器控制加热器停止工作并根据S1和S2控制水泵、主散热器工作。本发明能够控制电堆系统温度在预定温度区间,合理的管控氢燃料叉车整车热量,提高能耗经济性和实用性。
