The invention provides a charging management system and method for a household charging scene, and the method comprises the steps: starting the ordered charging control in a peak period when the actual use load capacity of the power distribution capacity in a region reaches a first capacity threshold value, and enabling the charging power of all charging piles which are being charged at the current moment to be unchanged or reduced; and when the actual use load capacity of the power distribution capacity in the area is reduced to a second capacity threshold value and lasts for a first time period within the range of the second capacity threshold value, starting ordered charging control in the non-peak period, increasing the charging power of all charging piles which are being charged at the current moment, and enabling the second capacity threshold value to be smaller than the first capacity threshold value. Dynamic allocation, charging process monitoring, safety protection early warning and the like of the charging power of the charging piles in the peak period and the non-peak period of the power grid are achieved.
