A communication system construction method for microwave rainfall monitoring comprises the steps that area state data of a monitoring target area are acquired, and the area state data comprise geographic data, traffic data and communication network data; generating system condition data based on the regional state data, wherein the system condition data comprises environmental constraint data generated based on geographic data, attention key data generated based on traffic data and link resource data generated based on communication network data; determining an existing available link based on the link resource data, and determining an allowable capacity expansion link in combination with the environment constraint data; determining an actual capacity expansion link in combination with the attention key data and the capacity expansion allowable link; and determining a microwave communication rule based on the existing available link and the actual capacity expansion link. According to the communication system construction method for microwave rainfall monitoring provided by the invention, a new microwave communication link can be rapidly deployed in combination with traffic conditions, rainfall conditions are accurately monitored, and possible serious disasters can be estimated.

    一种用于微波降雨监测的通信系统构建方法,包括:获取监测目标区域的区域状态数据,区域状态数据包括地理数据、交通数据和通信网数据;基于区域状态数据生成系统条件数据,系统条件数据包括基于地理数据生成的环境约束数据、基于交通数据生成关注重点数据和基于通信网数据生成的链路资源数据;基于链路资源数据确定现有可用链路,并且结合环境约束数据确定容许扩容链路;结合关注重点数据和容许扩容链路确定实际扩容链路;基于现有可用链路和实际扩容链路确定微波通信规则。本发明提供一种用于微波降雨监测的通信系统构建方法,能够结合交通状况快速部署新的微波通信链路,对降雨情况进行精确监测,有利于估计可能发生的严重灾害。
