本发明公开了一种电池包和具有其的车辆,电池包包括:壳体;电池组,电池组设于壳体内,电池组包括多个电芯,多个电芯在电芯的厚度方向上排布;温控防撞组件,温控防撞组件设于壳体内且包括气囊,温控防撞组件为多个,每个电芯厚度方向的两侧均设有气囊,电芯与气囊贴合;气路输送组件,气路输送组件设于壳体内且与气囊连通。根据本发明的电池包,通过在每个电芯厚度方向的两侧设有气囊,一方面可以对电芯进行固定,起到减震防撞的作用,另一方面能够对与气囊相邻的电芯的表面产生一定的压力,避免充放电不完全的情况。并且,通过控制充入气囊内的空气的温度,能够避免因温度过低或过高对电池包的性能造成影响,保障电池包的循环寿命及续航里程。
