The invention discloses a hazardous chemical substance vehicle identification method based on highway high-definition checkpoint and charging data, and belongs to the technical field of hazardous substance vehicle identification, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, screening vehicles according to license plate colors, marking the screened vehicles as to-be-identified vehicles, and obtaining the information of the to-be-identified vehicles; s2, comparing the to-be-identified vehicle information with the vehicle information in the charging data, judging whether the to-be-identified vehicle is registered as a hazardous chemical vehicle, and if the to-be-identified vehicle is not registered as a hazardous chemical vehicle, executing the step S3; and S3, identifying the vehicle sign and the vehicle device of the to-be-identified vehicle, comprehensively judging the identification result, determining that the to-be-identified vehicle is the dangerous chemical vehicle if the judgment result meets the set condition, and determining that the to-be-identified vehicle is not the dangerous chemical vehicle if the judgment result does not meet the set condition. Through multi-dimensional identification and judgment on the vehicle, the problem that the dangerous chemical vehicle cannot be accurately identified due to single identification dimension is solved, and the identification accuracy is improved.

    本发明公开基于高速公路高清卡口及收费数据的危化品车辆识别方法,属于危险品车辆识别技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:根据车牌颜色对车辆进行筛选,将筛选出的车辆标记为待识别车辆,获取待识别车辆信息;S2:将待识别车辆信息与收费数据中车辆信息进行比对,判断待识别车辆是否被登记为危化品车辆,若待识别车辆未被登记为危化品车辆,则执行步骤S3;S3:识别待识别车辆的车辆标志与车辆装置,对识别结果进行综合判断,判断结果若达到设定条件则待识别车辆为危化品车辆,判断结果若未达到设定条件则待识别车辆不为危化品车辆。通过对车辆进行多维度的识别判断解决了因识别维度单一而不能准确识别出危化品车辆的问题,提高了识别准确率。
