The invention discloses a software flashing control method for an extended-range electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: S10, turning on a key to an ON gear or awakening a network, and then selecting online flashing or remote flashing; step S20, identity verification is carried out through the upper computer or the TBOX and the VCU, if the identity verification is passed, the next step is carried out, and if the identity verification is not passed, the identity verification is repeated; step S30, the underlying software performs judgment according to the state of the interface variable VCUProgEna of the application layer software; according to the method, risk points possibly existing in software flashing under the actual vehicle using scene of the extended-range electric vehicle customer are fully considered, software operation is released under the condition that all related conditions are met, software updating operation is not allowed when any condition is not met, and the software updating efficiency is improved. The situation that software flashing in a special scene causes driving risks of the whole vehicle or key high-voltage system parts are damaged is prevented, and it is fully guaranteed that software flashing of the VCU is carried out on the premise that driving safety and whole vehicle part safety are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车软件刷写控制方法,包括:步骤S10,钥匙上ON挡或网络唤醒,然后选择在线刷写或远程刷写;步骤S20,通过上位机或TBOX与VCU进行身份校验,若通过则进行下一步骤,若否则重复进行身份校验;步骤S30,底层软件会根据应用层软件的接口变量VCU_ProgEna状态进行判断;本发明通过充分考虑增程式电动汽车客户的实际用车场景下的软件刷写可能存在的风险点,在所有相关条件均满足的条件下,再放行软件操作,任意条件不满足均不允许进行软件更新操作,防止特殊场景下进行软件刷写导致整车驾驶风险或损坏关键高压系统零部件,充分保证了VCU的软件刷写在驾驶安全、整车零部件安全的前提下进行。
