The invention discloses an elevator power failure cabinet test system and test method. The system comprises all-in-one machine equipment and tool equipment, the all-in-one machine equipment is used for being connected with the tested elevator power failure cabinet through the tool equipment; the tool equipment comprises a tool control panel, an input switch and an output module; the all-in-one machine equipment is used for controlling the mains supply input of the elevator power failure cabinet through the tool control panel; the output module comprises a load switch and a load resistor, and the all-in-one machine equipment controls the state of the load switch through the tool control panel so as to carry out full-load output, no-load output or half-load output tests on the elevator power failure cabinet; the all-in-one machine equipment is further used for testing the elevator power failure cabinet according to the output signal of the elevator power failure cabinet and determining whether the elevator power failure cabinet breaks down or not. According to the embodiment, the elevator power failure cabinet can be independently tested, the structure is simple, batch testing can be achieved, and the efficiency and accuracy of elevator power failure cabinet testing can be improved. The system can be widely applied to the technical field of elevator testing.

    本发明公开了一种电梯停电柜测试系统及测试方法。该系统包括:一体机设备和工装设备;一体机设备用于通过工装设备与被测电梯停电柜相连;工装设备包括工装控制板、输入开关和输出模块;一体机设备用于通过工装控制板控制电梯停电柜的市电输入;输出模块包括负载开关和负载电阻,一体机设备通过工装控制板控制负载开关的状态,以对电梯停电柜进行满载输出、空载输出或半载输出测试;一体机设备还用于根据电梯停电柜的输出信号对电梯停电柜进行测试,确定电梯停电柜是否存在故障。本申请实施例能够对电梯停电柜进行独立测试,结构简单,能够实现批量化测试,有利于提升电梯停电柜测试的效率和准确度。本发明可广泛应用于电梯测试技术领域内。
