The invention provides an electric power control device, a moving object, and an electric power control method. This electric power control device (48) is provided with: an acquisition unit (54) that acquires information indicating a maximum electric power value, which is the maximum value of electric power that can be output from a battery (32) without causing an excessive reduction in output voltage, and information indicating a requested electric power value; a determination unit (56) that determines, on the basis of the difference between the maximum electric power value and the requested electric power value, an available electric power value indicating the electric power that can be supplied from the battery to the starting mechanism when the internal combustion engine in a stopped state is started; the control unit (58) starts the internal combustion engine using the electric power corresponding to the suppliable electric power value determined by the determination unit. Accordingly, not only the electric power for restarting the engine can be supplied from the battery, but also the electric power can be supplied from the battery to the electric load.

    本发明提供一种电功率控制装置、移动体和电功率控制方法。本发明所涉及的电功率控制装置(48)具有获取部(54)、确定部(56)和控制部(58),其中,所述获取部(54)获取表示不导致过度的输出电压降低就能够从电池(32)输出的电功率的最大值即最大电功率值的信息和表示请求电功率值的信息;所述确定部(56)根据最大电功率值和请求电功率值的差分来确定可供给电功率值,该可供给电功率值表示在启动停止状态的所述内燃机时能由所述电池向所述启动机构供给的电功率;所述控制部(58)使用与由确定部确定的可供给电功率值相对应的电功率来启动内燃机。据此,不仅能从电池供给用于重新启动发动机的电功率,还能由该电池向电气负载供给电功率。
