The invention provides lower-layer tread rubber with a low rolling resistance coefficient, a preparation method of the lower-layer tread rubber, a tire and a rolling resistance coefficient evaluation method. According to the low-rolling-resistance-coefficient lower-layer tread rubber disclosed by the invention, a combination mode of ultrahigh-content white carbon black and a silane coupling agent is adopted, so that synchronous improvement of high reinforcement and low heat generation performance is realized; the lower-layer tread rubber with the low rolling resistance coefficient can reduce the rolling resistance coefficient of a tire by about 5%, the product of strength and elongation is greater than 14000, and the tearing strength is greater than 110, so that other use performances are not influenced, the running heat of the tire can be reduced, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种低滚动阻力系数下层胎面胶及其制备方法、轮胎及滚动阻力系数评价方法。本发明的低滚动阻力系数下层胎面胶,采用了超高量白炭黑及硅烷偶联剂的组合方式,来实现高补强、低生热性能的同步提升;本发明的低滚动阻力系数下层胎面胶,可使轮胎滚动阻力系数下降5%左右,而强伸积大于14000,撕裂强度大于110,从而不仅不影响其它使用性能,还能降低轮胎运行生热,提高轮胎使用寿命。
