The invention discloses a counterweight digital hydraulic control system, a counterweight digital hydraulic control method and a crane, which are used for simultaneously controlling the displacement and speed of a first counterweight oil cylinder and a second counterweight oil cylinder based on the pulse number and pulse frequency of a control unit so as to realize the synchronous control of the counterweight oil cylinders. The first counterweight oil cylinder and the second counterweight oil cylinder achieve rapid and accurate displacement and speed closed-loop control through mechanical feedback mechanisms of the first counterweight oil cylinder and the second counterweight oil cylinder, and meanwhile when the two cylinders are not synchronous, based on displacement feedback of the detection device, the control unit stops sending pulse signals to the counterweight oil cylinder with the high displacement signal, and the counterweight oil cylinder with the high displacement signal is controlled. The displacement deviation of the first counterweight oil cylinder and the second counterweight oil cylinder is adjusted in real time, and the synchronous control precision of the counterweight oil cylinders is further improved. Due to the fact that mechanical closed-loop feedback is adopted in the counterweight oil cylinder, the output stroke of the oil cylinder only corresponds to the number of pulses and is irrelevant to load pressure, internal leakage and the like, and therefore high synchronous control precision can be kept.

    本发明公开了一种配重数字液压控制系统、控制方法及起重机,基于控制单元的脉冲数量和脉冲频率同时对第一配重油缸和第二配重油缸进行位移和速度控制以实现配重油缸的同步控制,第一配重油缸和第二配重油缸利用自身机械反馈机构实现快速准确的位移和速度闭环控制,同时,当双缸不同步时,基于检测装置的位移反馈,控制单元通过停止向位移信号高的配重油缸发送脉冲信号,实时调节对第一配重油缸和第二配重油缸的位移偏差,进一步提升配重油缸同步控制精度。由于配重油缸采用机械闭环反馈,油缸输出行程仅与脉冲数量对应,与负载压力、内泄等无关,因此可以保持较高的同步控制精度。
