The invention belongs to the technical field of photovoltaics, and discloses an offshore photovoltaic platform transportation and installation device which comprises a transfer mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a fixing mechanism. The lifting mechanism is arranged on the transfer mechanism, and the fixing mechanism is arranged on the transfer mechanism; the transfer mechanism comprises a chassis, a movable seat is movably installed on the top of the chassis, a supporting column is fixedly connected to the top of the movable seat, two vertically-arranged movable frames are rotatably installed on the upper portion of the outer side of the supporting column, a servo motor is installed in the chassis, and the servo motor is in driving connection with the movable seat through an output shaft. Due to the design of the connecting sleeve and the lifting rod, the photovoltaic module can be stably lifted along the interior of the connecting sleeve in the lifting process, the situation that the photovoltaic module accidentally swings or shakes due to interference of sea wind is avoided, meanwhile, the photovoltaic module can be conveniently aligned to a preset installation position on the building platform when being lifted downwards, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the installation and construction progress of the photovoltaic platform is shortened.

    本发明属于光伏技术领域,且公开了一种海上光伏平台运输安装装置,包括有转移机构、升降机构和固定机构;所述升降机构设置在转移机构上,所述固定机构设置在转移机构上;所述转移机构包括有底盘,所述底盘的顶部活动安装有活动座,所述活动座的顶部固定连接有支柱,所述支柱外侧的上方转动安装有两个竖向布置的活动架,所述底盘内安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机通过输出轴与活动座驱动连接。由于连接套和吊杆设计,可以使得光伏组件在下吊的过程中,保持平稳,沿着连接套的内部下吊,避免受到海风的干扰导致光伏组件意外摆动或晃动,同时也方便光伏组件下吊时对准搭建平台上的预定安装位,缩短了光伏平台安装施工的进度。
