One end of the anchoring rod is rotationally connected with the head bolt, the other end of the anchoring rod is rotationally connected with the screw, penetrating holes are formed in the front panel and the rear panel, and after the screw of the anchoring rod penetrates through the penetrating holes of the front panel and the rear panel, the anchoring rod is connected between the front panel and the rear panel through the connecting nut. An eccentric column is arranged on the portion, located between the head bolt and the screw, of the anchoring rod, and when the anchoring rod is rotated, the eccentric column is in abutting fit with the inner wall of an anchoring hole in the building wall or in clearance fit with the inner wall of the anchoring hole in the building wall.
