The invention discloses an anti-disengagement locking mechanism, an installation method, a jacking device and a tower crane, the anti-disengagement locking mechanism comprises a fixed coaming and a locking assembly, the fixed coaming is arranged at the end of a jacking cross beam and can be arranged facing the peripheral side of a step, and the locking assembly comprises a locking seat and an anti-disengagement pin; the locking seat is located on the side, away from the step, of the fixed coaming and forms a first rotation stopping part, the anti-falling pin is arranged on the locking seat and can sequentially penetrate through the fixed coaming and the step, and the locking seat is used for rotating under the condition that the anti-falling pin penetrates through the fixed coaming and the step; according to the anti-disengaging locking mechanism, the anti-disengaging pin can rotate to the first rotation stopping part to abut against the fixed surrounding plate, the fixed surrounding plate can upwards support the first rotation stopping part, and therefore the position of the anti-disengaging pin can be locked, and meanwhile compared with a locking structure in the prior art, the anti-disengaging locking mechanism obviously improves the convenience of disassembly and assembly of the jacking cross beam on the step.
