Air outlet holes are formed in the top of the partition plate and the top of the lower protection plate, air outlet pipes are connected into the air outlet holes, and limiting blocks are connected to the outer walls of the air outlet pipes. The resistance plate is connected with the side wall of the I-shaped steel and used as a reinforcing rib of the I-shaped steel in the working process, when strong wind is encountered, the first steel wire rope relieves tensioning of the resistance plate, the resistance plate moves downwards under the action of the gravity of the resistance plate, the resistance groove in the bottom of the upper transverse plate is clamped with the top of the roller, and therefore the roller is limited; and the roller is prevented from deviating and colliding with the I-shaped steel to damage the I-shaped steel.

    本发明涉及门式起重机技术领域,具体为一种单梁门式起重机机梁,包括工字钢和主梁,所述工字钢底部设有电葫芦,所述主梁通过支腿与地面连接,所述主梁两侧连接有下护板,所述下护板靠近主梁侧连接有隔板,所述隔板横截面设为L形,所述隔板与下护板顶部均开设有出风孔,所述出风孔内部连接有出风管,所述出风管外壁连接有限位块。本发明通过阻力板与工字钢的侧壁连接,在工作过程中作为工字钢的加强筋使用,当遇到强风时,第一钢丝绳解除对阻力板的拉紧,阻力板在自身的重力作用下向下移动,使上横板底部的阻力槽与滚轮顶部卡合,从而对滚轮进行限位,避免滚轮出现偏移与工字钢发生碰撞,对工字钢造成损伤。
