The invention relates to the technical field of spacecraft ground tools, in particular to a spacecraft lifting appliance which comprises a main lifting ring, a supporting assembly, two switching assemblies, four oblique connecting pieces and four vertical connecting pieces. The supporting assembly is arranged below the main lifting ring; the two switching assemblies are both arranged below the supporting assembly. By means of the two switching assemblies, the hoisting point positions of the two symmetrical side faces of the spacecraft extend out of the range covered by the orthographic projection of the effective load from top to bottom, so that the spacecraft with the transverse size of the effective load larger than the transverse size of the spacecraft body can be stably hoisted; the problem that the spacecraft with the effective load transverse size larger than the transverse size of the spacecraft body is difficult to hoist is solved. The pulling force in the vertical direction is only applied to the side face of the spacecraft, circumferential pulling force and transverse pulling force are not generated, and damage to the side face structure of the spacecraft during hoisting is avoided.
