The invention provides a rapid assembly method for a large aircraft hanger, and belongs to the technical field of civil aircraft assembly. Based on the hanging three-dimensional digital model, two guide holes in the matching surfaces of two matched parts are selected as assembly holes; assembling each large-size part and a small part matched with the large-size part into a small assembly through the assembly holes; the small assemblies and the unassembled large-size parts are assembled into a hanging part section through the assembling holes; all bolt holes except the assembly holes are machined into precision holes, and the precision holes are split into single parts after being machined; and the hanging part section is assembled through the precision hole, the assembly hole is machined to the precision hole and connected, and assembly is completed. Rapid and continuous hole machining is achieved, and the part precision and the automation degree are improved while the efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种大飞机吊挂快速装配方法,属于民用飞机装配技术领域。基于吊挂三维数字模型,选取相配合的两个零件配合面上两个导孔作为装配孔;将每个大尺寸零件与相配合的小零件,通过装配孔组装成小组件;将各小组件及未装配的大尺寸零件,通过装配孔组装成吊挂部段;将除装配孔外的所有螺栓孔加工到精密孔,制孔后拆分为单个零件;利用精密孔组装吊挂部段,将装配孔加工到精密孔并连接,完成装配。本发明实现快速并且连续孔加工,提高效率的同时增加零件精度和自动化程度。
