A first opening connected with the other end of the inlet pipeline is formed in a top plate of the airflow upstream side of the outer shell, the inner shell is open towards the airflow downstream side, and a bottom plate of the airflow downstream side of the outer shell is connected with the edge of the airflow downstream side of the inner shell. An air interlayer is formed between the inner shell and the outer shell, the air interlayer forms an outer flow channel, and the inner space of the inner shell forms an inner flow channel. The heat preservation and noise reduction functions and the like can be achieved, and meanwhile the heat preservation and noise reduction building block can better adapt to various harsh external environment conditions. In addition, generation of aerodynamic noise can be restrained, and the outlet flow speed is uniform.
