The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a hovercraft guide pipe mounting method which comprises the following steps: S1, assigning a projection line of a center line of an output shaft of a propulsion speed reducer and a longitudinal position line perpendicular to the projection line on a deck; s2, arranging a conduit working trolley according to the projection line; s3, a guide pipe is hoisted to the guide pipe working trolley, the lower end face of the guide pipe is kept in a horizontal state, and the guide pipe is arranged in a vertical state; s4, centering adjustment is conducted on the position of the guide pipe, and the qualified centering position of the guide pipe working trolley is determined; s5, the guide pipe working trolley is moved to form a machining space, and drilling machining is conducted on the connecting flange of the engine nacelle; and S6, the guide pipe working trolley is moved back to the qualified centering position, and a flow guide cover fixed in the guide pipe is fixedly connected with a connecting flange of the engine nacelle through bolts. The guide pipe mounting difficulty can be reduced, and the guide pipe mounting precision is guaranteed.
