The invention relates to a method for centering detection of a ship main engine with an elastic coupling and a middle support. The method comprises the steps of axial distance deviation detection between the main engine and the middle support, displacement deviation detection between the main engine and the middle support and crack surface deviation detection. The axial distance deviation is the deviation between the actual axial distance between the main engine flywheel of the main engine and the flange end of the middle support and the theoretical distance; the crack surface deviation is parallelism deviation between the end face of the main engine flywheel of the main engine and the end face of the flange end of the middle support; the displacement deviation is the coaxiality deviation between the end face of the main engine flywheel of the main engine and the end face of the flange end of the middle support; and when the axial distance deviation, the displacement deviation and the crack surface deviation all meet the requirements, centering meets the requirements. By means of the method, centering adjustment between the marine main engine and the middle can be achieved so as to meet the installation precision of the elastic coupler, centering detection of the marine main engine and the middle support can be achieved, and the centering state of the main engine can be mastered in time.

    本发明涉及一种带弹性联轴器的船舶主机与中间支架对中检测的方法,该方法包括主机与中间支架之间的轴向距离偏差检测、主机与中间支架之间的位移偏差检测以及裂面偏差检测;轴向距离偏差为主机的主机飞轮与中间支架的法兰端之间轴向的实际距离与理论距离的偏差;裂面偏差是主机的主机飞轮的端面与中间支架的法兰端的端面的平行度偏差;位移偏差是主机的主机飞轮的端面与中间支架的法兰端的端面之间的同轴度偏差;轴向距离偏差、位移偏差及裂面偏差均符合要求时对中符合要求。本发明的方法可以实现船舶主机与中间之间的对中调整,以满足弹性联轴器的安装精度,还可以实现船舶主机与中间支架的对中检测,及时掌握主机对中状态。
