The invention relates to a method for cutting allowance of a front prerotation guide wheel, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a first coordinate system according to a design drawing, and taking three positioning points on the end surface of the tail part of a fairing; a second coordinate system is established at the wharf, a jig frame is manufactured and fixed, and lifting frames are installed on the two sides of the jig frame; placing the fairing on the jig frame, and adjusting to enable the coordinate values of the three positioning points to correspond to the second coordinate system; establishing a third coordinate system by taking the end face of a tail shaft tube of the ship and the center line of a propeller shaft as references, measuring the line type of an outer plate of a fairing mounting area, and measuring the line type of a cross section at a certain distance; drawing the shape of each cross section, making a sample box according to the shape, and marking a third coordinate system on the sample box; placing the sample box below the flow guide cover, and enabling the third coordinate system on the sample box to coincide with the second coordinate system; and according to the line type on the sample box, a margin line of each blade of the fairing is drawn and cut off. The blade allowance of the fairing is cut off before hoisting, so that the mounting difficulty of the fairing can be greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种前置预旋导轮切除余量的方法,包括以下步骤:根据设计图纸,建立第一坐标系,并在导流罩的尾部端面上取三个定位点;在码头处建立第二坐标系,制作并固定胎架,且在胎架的两侧安装吊物架;将导流罩放上胎架,调整使三个定位点坐标值与第二坐标系相对应;以船的尾轴管端面和桨轴中心线为基准建立第三坐标系,测量导流罩安装区域的外板线型,每隔一段距离测量一档横剖面线型;画出每档横剖面的形状,并据此制作样箱,在样箱上标出第三坐标系;将样箱放在导流罩下方,使样箱上的第三坐标系与第二坐标系相重合;根据样箱上的线型画出导流罩各叶片的余量线并切除。本发明在吊装前切除导流罩叶片余量,可以大幅降低导流罩安装难度。
