The invention discloses a hybrid vehicle engine stop position control method which comprises the following steps: S1, in response to a stop signal, controlling the rotating speed and the torque of a crankshaft of an engine to be adjusted to a preset rotating speed and a preset torque; s2, the current rotation angle of the crankshaft is obtained; s3, when the current rotation angle is the expected rotation angle, a fuel cut-off instruction is sent out; and S4, controlling the motor to operate at the motor torque until the current rotating speed of the crankshaft is reduced to zero. By controlling the rotating speed and the torque of the engine crankshaft at the beginning of speed reduction, the angle at the beginning of speed reduction and the speed rate of speed reduction, the initial conditions of the engine crankshaft at each time of shutdown are the same, that is, the engine crankshaft can be stopped in the target rotating angle range at each time; the situation that a crankshaft of the engine stops in an area with large reciprocating inertia force, consequently, the engine vibrates at the stop tail end, and negative influences are brought to next starting of the engine is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力车辆发动机停机位置控制方法,方法包括以下步骤:S1、响应于停车信号,控制发动机的曲轴的转速、扭矩调整至预设转速、预设扭矩;S2、获取曲轴的当前转角;S3、当前转角为期望转角时,发出断油指令;S4、控制电机以电机扭矩运行,直至曲轴的当前转速下降到零。通过控制发动机曲轴在开始降速时的转速和扭矩、开始降速时的角度以及降速的速率,使得发动机曲轴在每一次停机时的初始条件均为相同,也即可以使发动机的曲轴每一次都停在目标转角范围,避免发动机的曲轴停在往复惯性力较大的区域,导致发动机产生停机末端的振动并对发动机下一次的启动带来负面影响。
