The invention relates to the technical field of drive-by-wire chassis control systems, in particular to a main and auxiliary controller redundancy architecture of an EMB parking system and a redundancy control method, and the redundancy architecture comprises two controllers, at least two communication lines and an EMB actuator; the two controllers are constructed into a main controller and an auxiliary controller, and have the same EMB control logic inside; the EMB actuators are installed corresponding to wheels and are independently controlled, a parking system and a communication receiving and transmitting system are arranged in each EMB actuator, each EMB actuator is connected with the communication line, and each EMB actuator communicates with the two controllers and other EMB actuators through the communication line to arbitrate parking control instructions of the main controller and the auxiliary controller. The EMB executor communicates with the main controller, the auxiliary controller and other EMB executors through two communication lines, parking control instructions of the main controller and the auxiliary controller can be arbitrated, more harsh failure scenes can be covered through the design of a redundant framework, and the function safety of the system is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及线控底盘控制系统技术领域,具体涉及一种EMB驻车系统的主副控制器冗余架构及冗余控制方法,冗余架构包括两个控制器,至少两条通信线路,以及EMB执行器;两个控制器构造为主控制器和副控制器,内部具有相同的EMB控制逻辑;EMB执行器对应于车轮安装,被独立控制,每个EMB执行器内置驻车系统及通信接发系统,每个EMB执行器分别与通信线路连接,通过通信线路与两个控制器和其他EMB执行器进行通信,仲裁主控制器和副控制器的驻车控制指令。EMB执行器通过两个通信线路与主副两个控制器和其他EMB执行器进行通信,可以仲裁主副控制器的驻车控制指令,通过对冗余架构的设计,能够覆盖更多严苛的失效场景,保障系统的功能安全。
