During installation, the bumper body is pushed in from the front face of the anti-collision beam body, when the bumper body is pushed in, the movable block is inserted into the edge groove and pushed forwards, the end of the movable block extrudes the inclined face of the insertion block, and the insertion block moves towards the outer side and drives the support to stretch the spiral spring; and the stretched spiral spring rebounds to control the insertion block to be inserted into the insertion groove to be locked, so that during installation, the speed is higher, bolts and nuts do not need to be used, and the efficiency is higher during batch installation.

    本发明公开了一种实现塑料保险杠安装的防撞梁结构,包括防撞梁本体,所述防撞梁本体的一侧两端对称设置有固定块,两个所述固定块的中部设置有自锁机构;保险杠本体,所述保险杠本体靠近固定块的一侧中部两端对称设置有活动块,所述保险杠本体靠近防撞梁本体的中部一侧设置有减震机构。本发明在安装时,将保险杠本体从防撞梁本体的正面推入,推入时,将活动块插入边槽中前推,活动块端头挤压插块的斜面,插块往外侧移动并带动支架拉伸螺旋弹簧,当插槽与插块处于同一直线上时,被拉伸的螺旋弹簧反弹控制插块插入插槽中锁紧,这样在安装时,速度更快,而且无需使用螺栓与螺母,在批量安装时,效率更高。
