The invention provides a zero-gravity seat control method capable of automatically recovering an initial position, motor position state data of three initial modes of zero gravity, rest and driving of a seat are stored in a memory of a controller MCU, and the motor position state data can be stored in the memory of the controller MCU no matter a user is in any state at present. By triggering three mode state switch keys of a zero gravity mode, a rest mode and a driving mode, a trigger signal is sent to a controller, the controller calls out motor position state data of three initial modes of zero gravity, rest and driving from a memory, and a controller system outputs a PWM signal to a seat motor for working through analysis and processing. The seat motor is adjusted to the initial states of zero gravity, rest, driving and the like; the user can be helped to improve the use satisfaction of the seat, the situation that misoperation covers the initial value and cannot restore the initial value, and the experience feeling is affected is avoided, the user can be helped to restore the factory setting state, and the user does not need to worry about the situation that the overall use experience feeling is affected due to later state adjustment and memory disorder.

    本发明提供了一种自动恢复初始位置的零重力座椅控制方法,座椅的“零重力、小憩、驾驶”三种初始模式的电机位置状态数据储存在控制器MCU的内存中,支持用户无论目前处于任何状态,通过触发零重力模式、小憩模式、驾驶模式三种模式状态开关按键,触发信号给到控制器,控制器从内存中调出“零重力、小憩、驾驶”三种初始模式的电机位置状态数据,控制器系统通过分析处理输出PWM信号给到座椅电机工作,座椅电机调整到“零重力、小憩、驾驶”等的初始状态;能够帮助用户提高座椅的使用满意度,避免误操作覆盖了初始值而无法恢复,影响体验感,能够帮助用户恢复到出厂设置状态,不用担心后期的状态调节与记忆错乱而影响整体使用体验感。
