The invention discloses an electric bicycle charging fault protection device, which comprises a processor module, a relay unit, a power supply module, a sound-light alarm unit and a signal acquisition unit, and is characterized in that the output end of the processor module is electrically connected with the input ends of the relay unit, the power supply module and the sound-light alarm unit; and the processor module is in bidirectional connection with the signal acquisition unit. According to the method, the short-circuit disconnection speed is increased, the program calculation time is shortened, general full-cycle effective value calculation is optimized into a 1/4 cycle calculation method, efficient and accurate monitoring of short-circuit faults is guaranteed, the recognition rate is effectively improved, the charging current of a charging circuit is monitored in real time, the fault circuit can be rapidly disconnected within 10 ms through the 1/4 cycle rapid effective value calculation method, and the fault detection efficiency is improved. The circuit arc fault occurrence condition is monitored in real time, the circuit is disconnected at the early stage of the arc striking phenomenon, and fire disasters are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动自行车充电故障保护装置,包括处理器模块、继电器单元、电源模块、声光报警单元和信号采集单元,所述处理器模块的输出端与继电器单元、电源模块、声光报警单元的输入端电性连接,所述处理器模块与信号采集单元双向连接。该发明通过提高短路断开的速度,缩短程序计算时间,将一般全周波有效值计算优化为1/4周波计算法,保证了对短路故障的高效精确监测,有效提高识别率,并实时监测充电线路充电电流,利用1/4周波快速有效值计算法,可在10ms内快速断开故障电路,实时监测线路电弧故障发生情况,在打弧现象早期断开电路,避免火灾的发生。
