The invention provides a power generation prevention mechanism when an electric vehicle is towed, which has a simple structure and does not transmit the rotation of an axle of the electric vehicle to an electric motor when the electric vehicle is towed, and a traction method using the power generation prevention mechanism. In the power generation prevention mechanism when the electric vehicle is pulled, a switching part capable of switching an axle and a speed reduction part between the axle and the speed reduction part is arranged, and the connection between the axle and the speed reduction part is released through the switching part, so that the electric vehicle is pulled in a state that the rotating force of the axle is not transmitted to a power transmission shaft. The electric vehicle is provided with an electric motor serving as a driving power source, a power transmission shaft for transmitting the rotational force of the electric motor to an axle through a speed reduction part, and wheels rotating together with the axle.

    本发明提供在电动汽车被牵引时使该电动汽车的车轴的旋转不传递至电动马达的简单结构的电动汽车被牵引时的防发电机构及使用了防发电机构的牵引方法。在电动汽车被牵引时的防发电机构中,在车轴与减速部之间设置有能将车轴与减速部切换为连结或非连结的状态的切换部,通过切换部解除车轴与减速部的连结,以使车轴的旋转力不传递至动力传递轴的状态来进行电动汽车的牵引,该电动汽车具有作为行驶动力源的电动马达、将该电动马达的旋转力经由减速部传递至车轴的动力传递轴、与车轴一起旋转的车轮。
