The invention belongs to the technical field of electric automobiles, refrigeration and heat pumps, and discloses an automotive transcritical CO2 ejector refrigeration system and an active adjustment control method.The refrigeration system comprises a compressor, a gas cooler, a heat regenerator, an electronic expansion valve, an ejector, an ejector control system, a gas-liquid separator, an evaporator, a first PID controller, a second PID controller and a third PID controller; a conventional electronic expansion valve is replaced by the ejector with the adjustable throat diameter; compared with a conventional CO2 refrigerating system for the vehicle, the ejector with the adjustable throat diameter is adopted to achieve recovery of expansion work, the system efficiency is improved, and then the overall performance of the refrigerating system is improved. The air inlet temperature of the compartment, the superheat degree of an outlet of the evaporator and the pressure of the gas cooler are controlled through the PID controller. By controlling the starting sequence of the PID controller, the problems that a vehicle transcritical CO2 ejector system is poor in variable working condition performance, too long in stabilization time and the like are solved.
本发明属于电动汽车、制冷及热泵技术领域,公开了一种车用跨临界CO2喷射器制冷系统及主动调节控制方法,制冷系统包括压缩机、气体冷却器、回热器、电子膨胀阀、喷射器、喷射器控制系统、气液分离器、蒸发器、第一、第二、第三PID控制器;本发明采用了可调节喉部直径的喷射器代替了常规电子膨胀阀;与常规的车用CO2制冷系统相比,采用可调喉部直径的喷射器实现对膨胀功的回收,提升系统效率,进而提升制冷系统的整体性能。本发明通过PID控制器控制车厢进风温度控制、蒸发器出口过热度控制和气体冷却器压力。本发明通过控制PID控制器的启动顺序,解决了车用跨临界CO2喷射器系统变工况性能较差,稳定时间过长等问题。
