The invention relates to a turnover buoy system, in particular to an amphibious vehicle turnover buoy system based on hydraulic drive, which comprises two buoy turnover devices symmetrically arranged on the two sides of an amphibious vehicle main body, and a single buoy turnover device comprises a floating unit, a hydraulic drive unit and a control unit, an overturning unit; a hydraulic cylinder; a detection unit; the control unit is used for judging the abrasion degree of the overturning unit according to the average overturning speed of the buoy in historical data, adjusting the propelling speed of the hydraulic cylinder according to the judgment result of the abrasion degree, judging whether the floating performance meets the requirement or not according to the surface recession degree of the buoy, and controlling the floating performance to meet the requirement or not. And determining whether to increase the tensioning width of the two sides of the buoy or adjust the drainage speed of a drainage pump in a buoyancy tank of the amphibious vehicle according to the judgment result of the operation stability. The abrasion degree of the overturning unit is reduced, and the floating performance is improved.

    本发明涉及可翻转浮筒系统,尤其涉及基于液压驱动的两栖车可翻转浮筒系统,包括对称设置在两栖车主体两侧的两个浮筒翻转装置,对于单个所述浮筒翻转装置,包括:浮动单元;翻转单元;液压缸;检测单元;控制单元,用以根据历史数据中所述浮筒的平均翻转速率判定所述翻转单元的磨损程度,根据所述磨损程度的判定结果调节所述液压缸的推进速度,根据所述浮筒的表面凹陷度判定漂浮性能是否符合要求,并根据所述运行稳定性的判定结果确定是否增大所述浮筒两侧拉紧宽度,或,调节两栖车浮箱中的排水泵的排水速度。本发明实现了减小翻转单元的磨损程度和增加漂浮性能。
