The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a safety railway signal machine control system based on power line carrier, a train and a method, which comprises at least one safety signal machine correspondingly provided with a first carrier communication module, and an interlocking control system provided with a second carrier communication module and an interlocking host, after the state information, sent by each first carrier communication module, of the corresponding safety signal lamp is received, a control instruction of each safety signal lamp is generated according to the state information of all the safety signal lamps, and when an analysis result based on the state information of all the safety signal lamps is matched with a preset result through the safety signal machine controller, the control instruction is sent to the first carrier communication module; and controlling the corresponding safety signal lamp to execute a corresponding action based on the control instruction of each safety signal lamp. Therefore, the problems that the control precision is reduced, the installation cost is increased and the like due to limited control distance caused by signal attenuation when the signal machine is controlled through a long-distance signal cable in the related technology are solved.
