The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle power supplies, and discloses a structured flame-proof vehicle-mounted power supply and system, and the power supply comprises a structured box body which is fixedly connected with a vehicle structure through a backboard, and is internally divided into a battery cavity, an equipment cavity and a wiring cavity; a pressure release valve is arranged on the battery cavity, and the pressure in the battery cavity is reduced by controlling the pressure release valve to be opened; the wiring port is arranged in the wiring cavity; the battery module is arranged in the battery cavity and used for supplying power to the vehicle-mounted equipment; the battery management module is arranged in the equipment cavity and used for collecting current of the power supply and voltage and temperature information of the battery module and controlling whether the battery module is charged or discharged or not based on the collection quantity; and information interaction with the terminal is carried out through the wiring port. The back plate of the structured box body can replace a power supply back plate and a part of vehicle structure plates in a conventional product, and has the technical effects of reducing the self weight of the vehicle and increasing the load or cruising ability of the vehicle.

    本发明涉及车辆动力电源技术领域,公开了一种结构化隔爆型车载动力电源及系统,包括:结构化箱体,其背板与车辆结构固定连接,其内部划分为电池腔、设备腔及接线腔;电池腔上设置泄压阀,通过控制泄压阀打开,以降低电池腔内部的压力;接线端口,其设置于接线腔内;电池模组,其设置于电池腔内用于为车载设备供电;电池管理模块,其设置于设备腔,其用于采集供电电源的电流、电池模组的电压及温度信息,并基于采集量,控制电池模组是否充电或放电;其通过接线端口与终端进行信息交互。本发明将结构化箱体的背板不仅可以替代常规产品中动力电源背板与部分车辆结构板,具有降低车辆自重、增加车辆载重或续航能力的技术效果。
