The invention provides a traffic light timing rolling optimization method based on traffic flow adaptive adjustment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the historical weather factor, time factor and road factor data of a target intersection, predicting the traffic flow of the intersection through employing a neural network algorithm, and obtaining the traffic flow of the intersection in each time period of a typical day, a traffic light timing scheme is used as a decision variable, average passing time and an average congestion coefficient are used as optimization targets, traffic conditions are continuously updated and traffic flow prediction errors are corrected by using a rolling optimization algorithm, and the traffic light timing scheme is optimized, so that real-time regulation and control of road traffic conditions are realized, traffic flow congestion time is reduced, and the traffic flow prediction efficiency is improved. And the road passing efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于车流量自适应调节的红绿灯配时滚动优化方法,获取目标路口历史天气因素、时间因素和道路因素数据,采用神经网络算法对路口通行车流量进行预测,得到典型日各时间段内路口车流量,将红绿灯配时方案作为决策变量,以平均通行时间和平均拥堵系数作为优化目标,利用滚动优化算法不断更新交通状况,修正车流量预测误差,并对红绿灯配时方案进行优化,实现道路交通状况的实时调控,减少车流拥堵时间,提升道路通行效率。
