The invention relates to an environmental pollution early warning system based on visual monitoring, and the system comprises a signal analysis device which is used for sensing an audio signal near a set parking space, taking the audio signal as a real-time audio signal, and transmitting an automobile detection instruction when the amplitude of an automobile audio component in the real-time audio signal exceeds a limit; and the parking forbidding control mechanism is used for controlling a baffle of a set parking space to rise to prevent the automobile from entering the parking space when the estimated three-dimensional volume corresponding to the clod obtained through intelligent analysis exceeds the limit. The environmental pollution early warning system based on visual monitoring is simple and convenient to operate and has a certain automation level. The estimated three-dimensional volume corresponding to the clod in the automobile entry environment can be intelligently estimated by adopting the deep neural network based on various visual information of the automobile entry environment, and when the estimated three-dimensional volume exceeds the limit, the baffle of the set parking space is controlled to rise to prevent the automobile from entering the parking space; therefore, environmental pollution of the parking space caused by the fact that the automobile enters the parking space due to too large mud blocks is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种基于可视化监控的环境污染预警系统,包括:信号分析器件,用于感测设定停车位附近的音频信号以作为实时音频信号,并在实时音频信号中的汽车音频成分的幅值超限时,发出汽车检测指令;禁停控制机构,用于在智能分析获得的泥块对应的估算三维体积超限时,控制设定停车位的挡板升起以阻止汽车入位。本发明的基于可视化监控的环境污染预警系统操作简便、具有一定的自动化水平。由于能够基于汽车入场环境的各项可视化信息采用深度神经网络智能估算汽车驶入环境中泥块对应的估算三维体积,并在估算三维体积超限时,控制设定停车位的挡板升起以阻止汽车入位,从而避免汽车带入过大泥块进入停车位造成的停车位环境污染。
