The invention relates to the technical field of wind power blade installation, and discloses a wind power blade installation auxiliary device which comprises a hub hoisting structure, a suspension auxiliary structure, a blade installation auxiliary structure, an assembly gravity center detection structure and a lifting rope set. The hub hoisting structure is fixed to the outer portion of a hub and then is matched with the suspension auxiliary structure and the lifting rope set for hoisting, the assembled gravity center detection structure is used for detecting the gravity center position after the hub, the blades and the hub hoisting structure are assembled and adjusting the gravity center position through the hub hoisting structure, and the hub hoisting structure comprises a frame body wrapping and fixing the hub and a posture adjusting structure. The posture adjusting structure comprises a posture wheel, the hub in hoisting is made to rotate by changing the angle of the posture wheel in rotation, the device adopts the mode that the blades are installed firstly and then hoisted, the problem that the posture of the hub is difficult to control in the suspended state during overall hoisting is solved, and the hoisting difficulty is reduced.

    本发明涉及风电叶片安装技术领域,公开了一种风电叶片安装辅助装置,包括轮毂吊装结构、悬吊辅助结构、叶片安装辅助结构、组装重心检测结构和吊绳组,叶片安装辅助结构将叶片调整姿态后安装到轮毂上,轮毂吊装结构固定于轮毂外部后配合悬吊辅助结构和吊绳组进行吊装,组装重心检测结构用于检测轮毂、叶片和轮毂吊装结构组装后重心位置,并通过轮毂吊装结构调整重心位置,轮毂吊装结构包括包覆固定轮毂的架体和姿态调整结构,姿态调整结构包括姿态轮,通过改变转动中的姿态轮角度,使吊装中的轮毂转动,本装置采用叶片先安装再吊装的方式,解决了总体吊装时,悬吊状态下轮毂姿态难以控制的问题,降低了吊装难度。
