    本发明属于冶金轧制设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种圆盘剪刀盘锁紧用液压螺母平吊内旋工装。包括底座,底座上栓接有若干T型单边轮,底座上铰接有两个吊臂,两个吊臂共同箍接有液压螺母,液压螺母的外壁承接在T型单边轮上,吊臂两侧均设有定位板,吊臂上焊接有吊耳,底座上焊接有两个限位板,两个吊臂均位于两个限位板之间。本发明不但解决了圆盘剪刀盘锁紧用液压螺母吊装时无法吊平同轴调整、吊装后液压螺母无法旋转的难题,而且有效避免安装同轴调整时螺母和主轴碰撞造成螺纹损坏,延长液压螺母使用寿命,同时缩短施工作业时长,降低了作业安全风险和员工作业劳动强度。
