The invention provides a lightweight anti-bomb explosion-proof composite armor for a helicopter, which relates to the field of armor protection and comprises a crack arrest layer (10), an anti-bomb layer (20), a support layer (30), a buffer layer (40) and an energy absorption layer (50) which are arranged in sequence, the supporting layer (30) adopts a multi-resin system aramid fiber and carbon fiber mixed composite laminated board, and comprises a first composite laminated board (31) and a second composite laminated board (32); the first composite laminated board (31) is obtained by compounding and laminating aramid fibers and carbon fibers with phenolic resin after the aramid fibers and the carbon fibers are mixed and woven, and the second composite laminated board (32) is obtained by compounding and laminating the aramid fibers and the carbon fibers with epoxy resin after the aramid fibers and the carbon fibers are mixed and woven; the buffer layer (40) is of a composite structure of epoxy resin and foamed aluminum, and the epoxy resin is located on the upper surface and the lower surface of the foamed aluminum. The composite armor can provide ballistic and explosive shock wave and fragment protection for key parts of a helicopter fuselage, and has excellent sound insulation and flame retardant properties.

    本发明提供一种直升机用轻量化抗弹防爆复合装甲,涉及装甲防护领域,包括依次设置的止裂层(10)、抗弹层(20)、支撑层(30)、缓冲层(40)与吸能层(50);支撑层(30)采用多树脂体系的芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编复合层压板,包括第一复合层压板(31)与第二复合层压板(32);第一复合层压板(31)由芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编后、与酚醛树脂复合层压获得,第二复合层压板(32)由芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编后、与环氧树脂复合层压获得;缓冲层(40)采用环氧树脂与泡沫铝的复合结构且环氧树脂位于泡沫铝的上、下表面。该复合装甲能为直升机机身关键部位提供弹道与爆炸冲击波、破片等防护,还具备优异的隔声、阻燃性能。
