The present invention relates to a hybrid aircraft using hydrogen fuel, comprising: a fuselage housing a hydrogen storage device; a wing attached to the fuselage; the hydrogen combustion engine is mounted on the wing, and hydrogen is supplied to the hydrogen combustion engine by the hydrogen storage device; the electric propulsion device is mounted at the tail part of the fuselage; and a hydrogen fuel cell supplied with hydrogen by the hydrogen storage device to generate electrical energy, and the electric propulsion device supplied with power by the hydrogen fuel cell. According to the hybrid power aircraft, the hybrid power mode that the hydrogen-fired engine and the hydrogen fuel cell drive the tail electric propulsion device is adopted, and the aircraft can be improved in the aspects of environmental protection, economy and efficiency in a leap-over mode.
