The invention relates to a whole vehicle mass estimation method and system, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps that 1, whole vehicle parameters are obtained; step 2, establishing a vehicle longitudinal dynamic model according to the whole vehicle parameters; step 3, constructing an extended Kalman filter EKF1 and an extended Kalman filter EKF2 according to the vehicle longitudinal dynamics model; 4, estimating the quality of the whole vehicle according to the parameters of the whole vehicle, the extended Kalman filter EKF1 and the extended Kalman filter EKF2, and judging that the quality estimation of the whole vehicle is stable when the difference between the posteriori estimation values of the quality of the whole vehicle of the extended Kalman filter EKF1 and the extended Kalman filter EKF2 is smaller than a preset threshold value; and step 5, after the quality estimation value is stable, reducing the corresponding quality noise values in the process noise matrixes of the extended Kalman filter EKF1 and the extended Kalman filter EKF2. According to the invention, the mass of the whole vehicle can be accurately estimated, and the estimation precision of the mass of the whole vehicle can reach 1%.

    本发明涉及一种整车质量估算方法、系统、车辆及存储介质,包括以下步骤:步骤1.获取整车参数;步骤2.根据整车参数建立车辆纵向动力学模型;步骤3.根据车辆纵向动力学模型构建扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF1和扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF2;步骤4.根据整车参数以及扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF1和扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF2进行整车质量的估算,当扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF1和扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF2的整车质量后验估计值之差小于预设阈值时,则判断整车质量估计已稳定;步骤5.当质量估计值稳定后,减小扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF1和扩展卡尔曼滤波器EKF2的过程噪声矩阵中对应的质量噪声值。本发明能够精确估算出整车质量,且整车质量的估算精度可达到1%。
