The invention discloses a roadway emergency braking method based on a sensing fusion control decision. The roadway emergency braking method comprises the following steps: ST1, acquiring driving state information and distance of an adjacent front vehicle TV2 through vehicle-mounted sensing equipment configured by a vehicle SV; sT2, realizing real-time communication and information interaction with a front vehicle TV1 and roadside RSU equipment by using the vehicle SV; sT3, carrying out fusion processing on the driving state information of the adjacent front vehicle TV2 and the driving state information of the shielded front vehicle TV1, which are acquired by the vehicle SV through the vehicle-mounted sensing equipment; sT4, the possibility of potential collision between the vehicle SV and the adjacent vehicle TV2 in front of the vehicle SV is judged; and ST5, according to the judgment result of the collision possibility, generating a control decision algorithm, including early warning, mild deceleration and emergency braking, so as to ensure that the vehicle SV and the adjacent vehicle TV2 in front keep a safe driving distance, avoid rear-end collision or reduce the collision severity. According to the invention, the problem of rear-end collision accidents in underground roadways is solved.
