The switch pressing piece synchronously rotates along with the backrest angle adjuster, the position sensor is installed on a movement track line of the switch pressing piece, the position sensor is electrically connected with an exploder of the backrest quick return mechanism, and when the backrest angle adjuster drives the switch pressing piece to make contact with a normally-open contact of the position sensor, the position sensor transmits a communication signal to the exploder. The exploder can explode the backrest quick return mechanism only when receiving a communication signal of the position sensor and a collision signal of the automobile control platform at the same time; the device has the advantages that the position sensor and the backrest and cushion energy absorption unlocking mechanism supplement each other, and constraint protection of the backrest and cushion energy absorption unlocking mechanism is achieved.
