The invention relates to the technical field of pure electric heavy truck storage battery charging control, and discloses a new energy pure electric heavy truck intelligent charging method based on T-BOX and VCU, and the method comprises the steps: awakening a vehicle-mounted system T-BOX in a preset mode; starting to intelligently charge the pure electric heavy truck according to an intelligent charge strategy, and the intelligent charge strategy comprises the following steps: after the T-BOX is awakened, sending a charge instruction message to a VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) to awaken the VCU; the VCU is awakened and executed so as to receive battery information fed back by an intelligent battery sensor IBS to judge whether to start a high-voltage system to charge the storage battery of the pure electric heavy truck or not; if yes, turning to the next step, and if not, waiting for awakening the T-BOX for the next time; charging according to the high-voltage power-on process; and after the charging is completed, the T-BOX enters a dormant state and waits for next wakeup to execute the intelligent charging strategy. According to the scheme, a novel intelligent electricity supplementing technology suitable for the new energy pure electric heavy truck is explored, the optimal charging opportunity and the electric quantity supplementing strategy can be intelligently judged, unnecessary awakening electricity supplementing is avoided, and energy consumption is reduced.
