The invention provides a range extending type hybrid power system, a control method and an airport fire fighting truck. The range extending type hybrid power system is mainly composed of a power battery, a BMS, a range extender and controller, a high-voltage distribution box, an oil pump motor and controller, a water pump motor and controller, a first electric drive unit motor and controller, a second electric drive unit motor and controller, a two-in-one controller, a VCU controller and the like. A control method is provided based on the hybrid power system, the intention of a driver can be automatically recognized according to parameters such as the electric quantity of a power battery, the depth of an accelerator pedal and the duration time, and control strategies of four modes including a starting urgent acceleration high-power output mode, a short-time medium-high vehicle speed driving mode, a long-time medium-low vehicle speed driving mode and a getting-on fire fighting operation mode are given. The power supply participation mode and the participation process of the power battery and the range extender are automatically started, the intelligent degree of the product is improved, and the problems of insufficient energy supply of continuous acceleration of the chassis and economy and environmental protection of long-time operation of an upper fire extinguishing system are solved.

    本发明提出一种增程式混动系统、控制方法及机场消防车,主要由动力电池、BMS、增程器及控制器、高压配电盒、油泵电机及控制器、水泵电机及控制器、电驱单元一电机及控制器、电驱单元二电机及控制器,二合一控制器、VCU控制器等组成。基于该混动系统提出一种控制方法,可根据电力电池电量、油门踏板深度、持续时间等参数自动识别驾驶员意图,并给出起步急加速大功率输出模式、短时间中高车速行驶模式、长时间中低车速行驶模式、上车消防作业模式4种模式的控制策略,自动启动动力电池和增程器的供电参与模式及参与流程,提升产品智能化程度高,解决底盘持续加速供能不足和上装消防系统长时间作业经济性和环保性问题。
