The invention discloses a multi-power-source electrically-driven energy-heat integration system and a cooperative intelligent control method thereof. The energy-heat integration system comprises a range extender loop, an electrically-driven and electrically-controlled loop, a battery loop, a heating and warming loop, an air conditioner cooling and heat exchange loop and an eight-way valve. The cooperative intelligent control method comprises the steps that thermal evaluation indexes are selected according to the importance degree of each power component, the weight of each thermal evaluation index is determined through engineering experience and sample data in subjective evaluation and objective evaluation, the comprehensive weight of each index is determined after secondary weighting, and a thermal evaluation function is established; combining the thermal evaluation function and the energy consumption of each working part, comprehensively considering the fuel economy and the working state of each part, and establishing a target optimization function; predictive modeling is carried out according to sample data and a physical model, model predictive control is adopted, and the optimal control quantity when the target optimization function is minimum is solved, so that the tractor can reach the comprehensive state of the highest energy utilization rate and the best working performance of the whole machine.

    本发明公开了一种多动力源电驱的能量‑热集成系统及其协同智能控制方法,能量‑热集成系统包括增程器回路、电驱电控回路、电池回路、加热与取暖回路、空调降温与换热回路及八通阀;协同智能控制方法为:根据各动力部件的重要程度选取热评价指标,主观评价和客观评价分别通过工程经验、样本数据确定各热评价指标的权重,经过二次加权后确定各指标的综合权重,建立热评价函数;结合热评价函数与各工作部件能耗,综合考虑燃油经济性与各部件的工作状态,建立目标优化函数;再根据样本数据和物理模型进行预测建模,采用模型预测控制,求解目标优化函数最小时的最优控制量,使得拖拉机能够达到能源利用率最高和整机工作性能最好的综合状态。
