The system comprises a cabin which is closed and is provided with an engine and an air duct; an air inlet and an air outlet of the air duct are respectively formed in the side wall and the bottom wall of the cabin; the flow guide assembly is arranged in the cabin and used for guiding cold air entering the cabin from the air inlet to the air outlet along the air duct; the heat dissipation shell is installed on the bottom wall of the cabin and located at the exhaust port, and a cold and hot mixed gas cavity is formed in the heat dissipation shell; and the exhaust pipe is used for conveying engine tail gas, and a pipe opening in the gas outlet end of the exhaust pipe is located in the cold and hot mixed gas cavity. The high temperature of engine tail gas exhausted by a silencer of a traditional excavator is effectively avoided, burning damage to buildings and plants around the excavator body during operation is effectively prevented, a three-dimensional through type air duct heat dissipation system effectively prevents a noise source from directly radiating the outside of the cabin, and the increasingly stringent environmental protection laws and regulations can be met.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,具体涉及一种工程机械立体贯通式风道散热降噪防系统。其包括:机舱,所述机舱密闭,机舱具有发动机和风道;风道的进气口和排气口分别设于所述机舱的侧壁和底壁;导流组件,设于所述机舱内,用于将由进气口进入机舱的冷空气沿所述风道导流至所述排气口处;散热壳体,安装于机舱底壁上且位于所述排气口处,所述散热壳体内形成冷热混合气腔;排气管,用于输送发动机尾气,所述排气管的出气端管口位于所述冷热混合气腔内。本发明有效地避免了传统挖掘机的消音器排出的发动机尾气温度高,有效防止作业时对机身周围建筑和植物的灼烧损害且立体贯通式风道散热系统有效避免噪声源直接辐射舱外,能够满足愈发严苛的环保法规。
