The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle full-automatic suspensions, and particularly relates to a pressure distribution valve structure suitable for a full-active suspension, which comprises a rotary pressure distribution valve and a driving motor which are integrally mounted together, and the rotary pressure distribution valve comprises a valve body, a valve sleeve and a valve core, the valve body is provided with three pump body valve ports and two shock absorber valve ports; three oil inlet chambers and two oil outlet chambers are formed between the valve sleeve and the valve body, and a plurality of valve sleeve oil passing grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the valve sleeve; a plurality of valve element oil passing grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the valve element, and the driving motor is installed in the valve body and is in transmission connection with the valve element so as to drive the valve element to rotate, so that oil ways between the pump body valve port and the corresponding valve sleeve oil passing groove, the valve element oil passing groove and the corresponding shock absorber valve port are communicated or blocked. The rotary pressure distribution valve is adopted for switching oil ways, continuous pressure control is achieved, the shock absorber is controlled to provide continuous and adjustable damping force for a vehicle body, the structure is simple, and the use and maintenance cost is low.

    本发明属于车辆全自动悬架技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于全主动悬架的压力分配阀结构,其包括包括集成安装在一起的旋转式压力分配阀和驱动电机,旋转式压力分配阀包括阀体、阀套和阀芯,阀体上设有三个泵体阀口和两个减振器阀口;阀套与阀体之间形成三个进油腔室和两个出油腔室,阀套的圆周方向上设有多个阀套通油槽;阀芯的周向上设有多个阀芯通油槽,驱动电机安装在阀体内并与阀芯传动连接以驱动阀芯转动,使泵体阀口与对应的阀套通油槽、阀芯通油槽以及对应的减振器阀口之间的油路连通或阻断。本发明采用旋转式压力分配阀进行油路的切换,实现连续的压力控制,控制减振器为车身提供连续且可调节的阻尼力,结构简单、使用和维护成本低。
