The invention discloses an intelligent parking supervision method and system based on a smart city. The method comprises the steps that S1, real-time information is collected through sensors and cameras installed at key positions of a parking lot and a city; s2, processing the collected data by using cloud computing and edge computing technologies, and analyzing the data through a machine learning algorithm; s3, based on the analysis result, the system intelligently dispatches available parking resources, and provides real-time navigation to the nearest idle parking space for the vehicle owner through the user side application; s4, illegal parking detection, parking time management and fee calculation of parking behaviors are realized; and S5, reducing system response time delay by using edge calculation, and optimizing parking resource allocation by using a machine learning algorithm. The method has the advantages of high response speed, high accuracy, good user experience and remarkable environmental and economic benefits.

    本发明公开了一种基于智慧城市的智能泊车监管方法及系统,包括S1、通过在停车场及城市关键位置安装的传感器和摄像头收集实时信息;S2、利用云计算和边缘计算技术处理收集到的数据,并通过机器学习算法对所述数据进行分析;S3、基于所述分析结果,系统智能调度可用泊车资源,并通过用户端应用为车主提供至最近空闲车位的实时导航;S4、实现对泊车行为的违规泊车检测、停车时间管理以及费用计算;S5、采用边缘计算减少系统响应时间延迟,并使用机器学习算法优化停车资源分配。本发明具备响应速度快、准确性高、用户体验好以及环境与经济效益显著的优点。
